Training Provided

We offer comprehensive training for candidates with limited experience. Training will be provided for those without or with lesser experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and work to convert leads into confirmed shipments.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless handling of shipments.
  • Maintain and update sales reports and documentation for internal tracking and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of logistics services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Other ad doc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
