As an Inside Sales Executive (Aerospace Industry)
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from preparing proposals to processing orders.
  • Develop and oversee customer quotes, providing clear, competitive proposals customized to their needs.
  • Ensure all quotes align with customer specifications.
  • Identify appropriate product solutions, source suppliers, and input contract prices into the ERP system.
  • Proactively recommend alternative solutions and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to optimize business potential.
  • Notify customers promptly about delivery delays that could impact their supply chain.
  • Inform customers quickly about any delivery delays that may affect their supply chain.
  • Escalate ongoing customer concerns to the Business Development Manager or Sales Director.
  • Share customer forecasts and restocking suggestions with the purchasing department or product manager.
  • Assist team members during peak workloads as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Keep the customer contact database current and accurate.
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
