We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers into our pipeline.
As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the leads (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. You will be responsible for managing the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact, lead qualification and nurturing, to the introduction to one of Propseller’s in-house Real Estate Consultants (i.e. property agents). As a trusted advisor to the leads, you will play a fundamental role in helping them achieve their goals whilst ensuring a smooth sales process.
This is a role for you if you stand for a high work ethic and customer-centricity. You may not be a natural-born sales person but you have the hunger to learn more about sales and real estate. Unfazed by rejections, you never give up and embrace the challenge. You want to develop yourself in a constructive work environment, in which you can get frequent feedback, from your manager and your peers, and improve every day.
