Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
  • To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries.
  • To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders.
  • Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly
  • To provide after sales customer support if needed
Requirements
  • IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
  • Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills. Eloquent in English and one other language
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills
  • Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Quick response to enquiries.
Other Information
  • Working hours: 9-6pm (Monday to Friday). May need to work late occasionally.
  • Employer: Quantum Consultancy Services Pte Ltd (IT reseller). Office area: East (UBI Techpark)
  • Salary Range $3,000 to $3,800 (depending on experience)

Scope for inside sales

The primary role of this position is to provide essential support to the outdoor sales representatives.

Although this position comprises mainly of administrative duties, this candidate will also need to have the required interpersonal skills to ensure that the client demands are handled in a professional manner between both pre-sales and after-sales.

Problem solving skills is preferred as there is a need to provide resolutions to customers when required.

This position will also be responsible in providing training to other junior customer service staff. As such, in order to improve the relevant product knowledge, this candidate would be required to attend trainings either locally or overseas.

There would be a need to provide quotations and solutions to clients when required.

Ability to work well in a team is advantageous.
