Roles and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for key customers and the Europe sales team, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for the power IC product line.
  • Utilize technical knowledge by answering product-related questions, resolving application issues, and coordinating technical resources.
  • Develop in-depth technical content, including detailed application notes, whitepapers, and design-in guides, to enable customer adoption.
  • Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Sales teams in Europe to align technical support with customer application requirements and sales strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by gathering deep technical feedback and conveying it directly to engineering and marketing.

  • A solid, practical understanding of power semiconductor applications and circuit design.
  • Passion for solving customer problems and supporting design wins with technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple customer and sales support tasks efficiently and drive them to closure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, applications engineering, or inside sales role within the semiconductor industry (power electronics experience is a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Required for China-based suppliers)
