Job summary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for key customers and the Europe sales team, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for the power IC product line.
- Utilize technical knowledge by answering product-related questions, resolving application issues, and coordinating technical resources.
- Develop in-depth technical content, including detailed application notes, whitepapers, and design-in guides, to enable customer adoption.
- Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Sales teams in Europe to align technical support with customer application requirements and sales strategies.
- Represent the voice of the customer by gathering deep technical feedback and conveying it directly to engineering and marketing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, applications engineering, or inside sales role within the semiconductor industry (power electronics experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Required for China-based suppliers)
