Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telemarketing & Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
- Send out appointment reminders and handle customers’ responses.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Prepare Sales Quotation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum “O” levels
- Basic MS office applications (Eg, PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

- Work Week : 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6pm)
- Salary : Basic + Commission
- Location : Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2
