Responsibilities

  • Process customer POs, ensuring correct pricing, terms, and lead times.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and suppliers to fulfil orders.
  • Monitor service quality and escalate potential risks early.
  • Build long-term customer confidence through consistent communication.
