A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support the sales cycle by coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, and ensuring order processing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Customer Support. Freshers with a long-term sales interest are also welcome. This role is crucial for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales cycle at AdvanZIT. This includes coordinating with customers, internal technical and procurement teams, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements, project details, and timelines.
Maintain continuous communication to clarify scope, specifications, and expectations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely updates and follow-through.
Work closely with the Technical Team to obtain the right solutions, BOMs, and design inputs.
Coordinate with the Procurement Team for vendor pricing, lead times, discounts, and availability.
Ensure alignment across departments for accuracy of the proposal.
Prepare professional and accurate quotations with appropriate margins as per company guidelines.
Ensure cost sheets, pricing, and commercial terms follow internal standards and approval processes.
Share quotes with customers and address clarifications promptly.
Actively follow up with customers on submitted proposals, feedback, and revisions.
Track opportunity status and work toward closure.
Build strong relationships to improve win rates and customer retention.
Upon customer confirmation, follow up for Purchase Orders (PO).
Review PO terms to ensure alignment with the submitted proposal.
Coordinate with Sales Operations to process the PO internally.
Work with internal teams and vendors to schedule delivery, shipment, and installation as required.
Track delivery timelines and keep the customer updated.
Ensure all documentation (Invoice, DO, GRN, etc.) is complete and accurate.
Update CRM or tracking sheets with leads, quotes, PO status, and delivery updates.
Generate weekly sales reports and pipeline status.
Maintain proper records of quotations, approvals, emails, and delivery notes.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support (IT/AV/Data Center industry preferred).
Freshers is fine too for those with intent to venture in Enterprise Sales in long term to handle global customers across APAC.
Strong communication and email-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and documentation.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and team collaboration mindset.
Understanding of IT/AV/Data Center products, OEMs, and channel ecosystem.
Negotiation skills for basic vendor coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with agility and ownership.
