Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission procedure and coordinate with Bed Management Unit.
• Attend to queries from both internal and external customers.
• Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up.

Skills

Ability to speak two or more languages/dialects

Frontline customer service experience

Education

GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma
