Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing assigned clinical and patient services within inpatient wards.
  • Oversee daily ward operations including reception services, administrative matters, and coordination with nursing and support teams.
  • Review and enhance key processes to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and resource utilisation.
  • Monitor and recommend strategies to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ward infrastructure and building improvement projects, ensuring minimal disruption, compliance with standards, and timely completion.
  • Support hospital planning cycles including financial, manpower, and training budgets.
  • Participate in special projects, workgroups, and committees to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to hospital-wide initiatives such as quality improvement and IT projects to enhance care delivery.
  • Manage customer feedback and service recovery efforts.
  • Review and update operational policies and procedures.
  • Support relevant hospital committees within assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline.
