A global food and beverage company in Singapore is offering an Ice Cream Innovation Trainee position, ideal for those with a degree in marketing, business, or related fields. This role focuses on supporting the R&D team in front-end innovation, conducting consumer research, and engaging in project management tasks. Successful candidates will contribute to exciting product launches in the ice cream category while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

We are a small team of around 10 people, responsible for developing new ice cream products for markets out of Asia, North America and Latin America regions. The responsibilities for this R&D team comprises of supporting markets and business units in front-end innovation work, product development and project management for launches, as well as technical support in sensory profiling and other engineering and manufacturing assistance.
The trainee will have an exposure to the end-to-end innovation process that the R&D Ice Cream unit undertakes.

Degree or background in marketing/ business/ innovation-related studies or work experience would be ideal.
