ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead the delivery of one or more smart mobility innovation projects, ensuring successful transformation from concept to implementation.
• Define and structure project parameters, including scope, timeline, budget, and expected returns, and secure necessary approvals.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring objectives are met and solutions are scaled at the regional level.
• Foster collaboration with Amaris R&D platforms and regional initiatives to maximize synergies.
• Engage with external partners—universities, public agencies, startups, and customers—to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
• Generate and promote new ideas, continuously seeking opportunities for technological advancement.
• Champion innovation within the organization and the broader APAC ecosystem.

ABOUT YOU

• Academic background: Degree in engineering (M.Sc. / B.Sc.) or equivalent
• Experience in tech product creation and management, including product development (robotics, data, digital), product design, data and software architecture, business model creation, DevOps/MLOps, and general computer science knowledge.
• Proven track record in data and AI product development and tech team management.
• Demonstrated experience in innovation, with exposure to the tech ecosystem (customers, operators, universities, governmental agencies, startups).
• Skilled in identifying and assessing business and technology opportunities, managing ideation and design workshops, and overseeing patent processes.
• Strong project management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, planning, risk management, change management, and deployment of new products.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and negotiate trade-offs, with proficiency in agile methodologies.
• English fluent.
• Desirable: Experience in computer vision, robotics, digital platform design and management, railways industry, and business development.
