Key Responsibilities
Corporate & B2B Sales:
  • Identify, target, and secure corporate clients for long-term stays.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
Student Accommodation Sales:
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to promote and secure bookings for students.
  • Develop tailored packages and solutions to meet the needs of student housing.
Online Travel Agents (OTAs):
  • Manage relationships with OTAs to optimize room inventory and pricing.
  • Monitor OTA performance and implement strategies to increase visibility and bookings.
Revenue Management:
  • Analyse market trends and industry activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement pricing and promotion strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
