An HR Advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation's IT infrastructure. This role is critical in implementing technological solutions and providing technical support across departments. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT and 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, offering a salary range of $2,800 to $3,300 plus a variable bonus.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment, and maintain asset records.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users and the project site.
  • Create and process purchase requests for IT-related needs and track deliveries.
  • Monitor IT ticketing daily, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA.
  • Maintain updated documentation for network diagrams, IT assets, and user setups.

Skills

Basic knowledge of network administration
Experience with Mobile Device Management
Proficiency in Windows OS
Familiarity with IMS forms cycle
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Job Role
  • The Information Technology Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • This role is critical in supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organisation by implementing technological solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to staff across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment, and maintain asset records.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users and the project site.
  • Create and process purchase requests in accordance with IMS forms standards for IT-related needs and track deliveries.
  • Monitor IT ticketing daily, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA and escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain updated documentation for network diagrams, IT assets, and user setups for audit readiness.
Key skills required
  • Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting, Wi-Fi ).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune).
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, O365 setup, and AD user creation.
  • Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
Qualifications and experience
