Position Summary

Stellar Link Partners is currently helping a consulting client in a search for an Infrastructure Support Engineer/ Administrator. As part of the Operations & Maintenance Team, you will work within the Banking sector to ensure the stability and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure, coordinate vendor contracts, and support operational tasks between the Head Office and Singapore Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stable operation of internal systems and servers.
• Coordinate hardware/software maintenance contracts and renewals.
• Ensure system configurations comply with security guidelines during audits.
• Analyze requirements and implement changes per established standards.
• Respond to user queries (server, network, PC, accounts) promptly.
• Troubleshoot system issues, apply recovery measures, and propose improvements.
• Maintain accurate system documentation

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in Windows Server deployment and support.
• Proficiency in Windows Client provisioning and VMWare
• Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Network configuration skills (ACL, Firewall).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ITSM
