Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (Contract – Security Clearance)

Note: CAT security clearance is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

NTT DATA Singapore is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a Singapore government agency in the defense technology domain.

The role involves managing IT infrastructure projects in a secure, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects in network, server, cloud, and data center domains.
• Develop project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Track progress, identify risks, and elevate issues when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project budget tracking, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Provide stakeholder updates and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

• Singapore Citizens only – due to mandatory CAT security clearance.
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in IT infrastructure project management or coordination.
• Exposure to cloud, networking, servers, or data center environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
• Familiar with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, PMP/PRINCE2 frameworks (certifications preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or government projects is a plus.
• Candidates who have previously obtained CAT clearance may be eligible for an expedited clearance process.

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
