Responsibilities:
- Ensure system setup follows customer security standards.
- Apply system configuration changes based on requirements.
- Work with team lead to maintain design and configuration standards.
- Handle daily IT support (server, network, accounts, devices).
- Troubleshoot issues, perform recovery actions and suggest improvements.
- Maintain system documentation and IT inventory.
- Create SOPs and transfer knowledge to team members.
- Keep operational documents updated and organized.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- Experience setting up Windows Server environments.
- Hands‑on with VMware (vCenter, ESXi).
- Experience with backup, monitoring, antivirus, job scheduling tools (Tier 2/3 support level).
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms).
- Knowledge in network configuration (Firewall, ACL).
- Basic scripting in PowerShell, Shell Script, VBA/VBS or Python.
- Understanding of ITIL practices.
- Banking domain experience is a plus.
