Job Description

• Manage and maintain network, security, and data centre infrastructure with high availability (≥99.96%).
• Provide 24x7 operations support, including on‑call troubleshooting for network and security issues.
• Execute network/security implementations, patches, upgrades, and support BCP/DRP exercises.
• Supervise and coordinate external vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and onsite oversight.
• Track maintenance renewals and manage IT assets for network, data centre, and security equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, RFQs, and operational manuals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for networking, data centre, and security technologies.
• Conduct technology evaluations and feasibility studies for new solutions and enhancements.
• Support security assessments by identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures.
• Lead and manage network/security projects and drive improvements to policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

• Degree in IT/Engineering and professional network certifications (CCNA/CCNP; CCIE preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in network and data centre administration (Cisco routers, switches, ACI).
• At least 5 years of 24x7 operations support experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in vendor management, RFQ handling, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, IPSec, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, Multicast, SNMP, etc.).
• In‑depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, MPLS).
• Hands‑on experience with network security tools (Checkpoint, ASA) and platforms (DNS, Proxy, F5 LTM, ISE, RSA).
• Familiarity with WAN technologies, structured cabling, and data centre physical setup (power, cooling, racks, security).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., MRTG, ELK) and performance/capacity management.
• Preferably certified in security (CISSP, CEH, CDCP), knowledgeable in SOC, IDS/IPS, DDoS, IAM, and familiar with trading environments.
