We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Lead to support and assist in managing our IT infrastructure across on-premise systems, cloud environments, and SAS platforms. This role is suited for an infrastructure engineer ready to take on team coordination and small project leadership responsibilities, while still being very hands-on in operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Infrastructure Lead in managing daily operations across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and SaaS tools.
  • Take ownership of small infrastructure initiatives (e.g., server patching, SaaS rollout, cloud migration tasks).
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or interns.
  • Assist in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Help ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place and executed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, applications, vendors) to deliver infrastructure services.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and infrastructure changes.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and propose improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimally 4 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience (system admin, cloud support, or network operations).
  • Exposure to on-premise infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking basics), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and SAS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and lead smaller projects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with some experience guiding peers or junior colleagues.
  • Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, ITIL Foundation) are advantageous.
