Job description

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and review the design of utility infrastructure projects from planning to implementation phases.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and review utility standards, processes, and feasibility studies.

  • Coordinate utility projects and provide technical design and engineering inputs to optimize underground space and costs.

  • Develop and review cross-agency underground utilities alignment for preliminary and detailed design plans.

  • Harmonize regulatory agency requirements from planning to implementation phases.

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in underground utilities planning, design, and implementation.

  • Experience in developing/reviewing underground utilities alignment and regulatory clearances.

  • Experience in utility coordination and diversion works.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to explain complex problems simply and effectively.
