Job summary

Apar Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to provide hands-on support for VMware and Windows server environments in Singapore. The role includes onsite coverage at Ubi Office, Singtel DC West and StarHub Tai Seng, and occasional after-hours work.

You will manage VMware components, Active Directory services, patching regimes, and hardware like HPE servers/storage while maintaining security hardening and SSL certificate management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience.
• Strong VMware and Windows Server experience.
• Experience with HPE server, storage and SAN infrastructure.
• Knowledge of patch management and infrastructure security.
• Basic Linux administration skills.
• MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter 8.x.
• Support Windows Server 2019 and above.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and WSUS.
• Perform Windows and VMware patch management.
• Support HPE Gen11 Servers, MSA 2052 Storage and SAN Switches.
• Perform infrastructure hardening, firmware upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage SSL certificates.
• Perform basic Linux administration.
• Provide onsite support at Ubi Office, Singtel DC West and StarHub Tai Seng.
• Support planned Saturday and occasional after-hours activities when required.
