We are seeking a highly experienced Infrasture Engineer Oracle IAM Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle IAM, ADF, and SOA Suite, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions – ideally within financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet complex business and security requirements.
- Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) – including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, reconciliation, and access policies.
- Implement and enhance Oracle ADF-based customizations to improve user experience and administrative interfaces.
- Design and develop Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation, approvals, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into effective IAM solutions.
- Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging of OIM/OAM components and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards in all IAM configurations.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, configuration guides, and support materials.
Required Skills
- Experience with OAM/OIG integrations and custom adapters.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, WebLogic, and Oracle Database.
- Familiarity with security protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos).
- Exposure to Cloud-based IAM solutions (Oracle Cloud Identity, Azure AD, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIM/OAM).
- Strong hands‑on experience in application onboarding and connector configurations within OIM.
- Proven expertise in Oracle ADF and Oracle SOA Suite development. Solid understanding of IAM governance, provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
- Prior experience in financial services or other regulated industries, with awareness of compliance‑driven IAM controls.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional and client‑facing teams.
