About the Client

Location – Central

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 support for network, login, Windows Active Directory, in-house applications, and Office 365-related issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support and collaborate on resolution.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory for endpoint devices (e.g., Windows, macOS).
  • Monitor and perform health checks on Windows servers.
  • Coordinate with end users to apply security patches and updates.
  • Install authorized software as requested by users.
  • Manage service requests and incidents to meet defined KPIs.
  • Support ad hoc IT tasks and company-wide initiatives (e.g., emergency patches, device audits).
  • Maintain small office network equipment such as routers.
Requirements
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT support processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with endpoint device management and server monitoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role is advantageous.
