Job summary

Thoughtworks in Singapore is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and evolve enterprise hosting and platform solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals and delivery milestones.

You will apply DevOps and IaC practices, work with cloud platforms, containers, and databases, and contribute to secure, scalable environments at client sites. The role requires Singapore citizenship and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise hosting platforms and app hosting technologies.
• Understanding of cloud and virtualization platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with DevOps, Agile, Infrastructure as Code and related practices.
• Knowledge of at least one IaaS cloud and runtimes including containers and databases.
• Scripting skills and ability to work with Linux/Windows servers or clusters.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and monitoring for availability, performance, security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to implement projects, assess infra, and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and solutions aligned with business goals.
• Help establish controls for continuous delivery and infra evolution.
• Provide expertise in DevOps, cloud, platform, and infra engineering at client sites.
• Build trusted relationships with client engineering leadership.
• Propose innovative solutions within policy and business constraints.
