Job summary

Integrix Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager for Facility & Infrastructure. You will oversee EPCM performance, monitor engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover, and coordinate interfaces between EPCM, WWTP BOOT partner, contractors and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience coordinating infrastructure projects.
Experience through construction to turnover phases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across packages.

Responsibilities

Coordinate EPCM delivery and contractor interfaces across packages.
Monitor schedules, milestones, and turnover readiness.
Coordinate authority inspections and permit closure.
Prepare project dashboards and reporting.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings.
Track actions and manage risk escalation.
