• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (Implementation, Deployment, Monitoring, and Support).
• Solid understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Firewalls, VPNs).
• Experience managing Windows Server & Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu) environments.
• Hands-on with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
• Experience with Backup & DR solutions.
• Familiarity with IT hardware (Servers, UPS, Switches, Routers).
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash / Python) for automation is a plus.
