Job summary

A technology services provider in Singapore is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer/Architect. The successful candidate will focus on migrating automated server and database provisioning workflows from VMWare VRO to GitHub and Terraform. Proficiency in Terraform and solid experience with AWS Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow are essential. The ideal applicant will also have skills in designing orchestration workflows and understanding APIs and CICD pipelines. This role offers a dynamic work environment in a rapidly evolving field.

Summary: The successful candidate will be involved in migrating the automated server/database resource provisioning and decommissioning flows from VMWare VRO to GitHub and Terraform

Skillset (Must have):

• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and resource provisioning.
• Solid understanding of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Strong experience with AWS Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA).
• Proficient in designing and developing orchestration workflows using orchestrator tools.
• Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and integration methods.
• Strong understanding of CICD pipelines and release management, such as GitHub.

Skillset (Good to have):

• Familiarity with other AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices in Cloud environment.
• Knowledge in ServiceNow Orchestration to automate IT process and tasks.
• Knowledge in observability solutions using DataDog to monitor the health of system and application.
