We are seeking an Infrastructure and Network Engineer for our esteemed client in Singapore.

Job Description: We are seeking a capable Infrastructure and Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain the Bank’s existing computer networks and servers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor networks, servers, and systems; collaborate with the Head Office IT team to strategise network upgrades; troubleshoot network and system issues; maintain high network security standards.
• Work with head office network teams to design and deploy networks, systems, and servers related to LANs, WANs, and WLANs.
• Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures to protect network integrity and data privacy.
• Carry out network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes to ensure compliance and facilitate troubleshooting.
• Manage infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows environment, Group Policy management, network infrastructure and hardware.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+ / Cloud+ or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security technologies, practices, application/network/systems architecture and design, and project management.
• Knowledge of MAS TRM guidelines and notices is an advantage.
• Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and recent infrastructure developments.
• Analytical skills and strong problem‑solving abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
