Job summary

HOESTAR INSPECTION INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a qualified inspector to perform Infrared Thermography and Partial Discharge inspections on LV and HV electrical equipment in Singapore and the region. You will collect data on-site, analyze results, and prepare professional reports to support asset reliability.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, has 1–5 years of relevant experience, and is proficient with basic reporting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of relevant maintenance or inspection experience.
• Proficient with basic computer applications for reporting.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform Infrared Thermography and Partial Discharge inspections on LV and HV equipment.
• Conduct on-site measurements and data collection for analysis.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare professional reports.
• Identify abnormalities and provide practical observations to improve asset reliability.
• Ensure safety standards and site requirements are followed.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure readiness for field work.
• Complete assignments within project timelines.
• Pursue ongoing training to enhance skills.
