Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure and DevOps professional to lead the full lifecycle of data pipeline, cloud product, IT infrastructure and technical platform initiatives across the Shopee network. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with product, operations and engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience with DevOps practices, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects including data pipeline, cloud product, IT infrastructure and technical platform initiatives.
• Advise technical management and coordinate design, migration, and integration.
• Analyse resource usage and plan server optimisation to improve utilisation and efficiency.
• Plan IT infrastructure for major marketing events, coordinating resources and stress tests.
• Plan and deliver IT infrastructure capacity (data center, servers, etc.) and manage resources.
• Prioritise requirements from stakeholders such as business ops, product management and developers.
