Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist (Field Support – Network EUC) who will provide technical assistance and support to end users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for solving IT challenges, and a customer-first attitude.

Role Overview

As an IT Field Engineer (Level 2), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day on-site desktop and network support
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Handling service requests and incidents through ticketing systems
  • Coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Maintaining documentation and delivering consistent, high-quality service
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop, laptop, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software (Windows 7–11, Office 365, Cisco Jabber, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware failures, printer connectivity, and peripheral device issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor hardware repairs.
  • Support servers, network devices, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for problem resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication with end users and update incident progress promptly.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed as per defined SLA and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco CCNA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support or field engineering experience.
Technical Skills
  • Windows 7–11, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO)
  • Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise-level antivirus solutions
  • Hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting
