Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field.
• Progress towards actuarial qualifications (SOA, IFoA, IoAA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and curious, with a balance of technical discipline and commercial sense.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic campaigns to improve persistency and business KPIs.
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects relating to the management of the inforce business.
• Support the review of assumptions, pricing models, and reinsurance treaties.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies in all campaign and inforce management activities.
