Job summary

sggovterp is seeking Associate Lecturers to deliver diploma programmes and CET courses across Cybersecurity, Cloud-Native Infrastructure, AI/ML, Software Development, and FinTech. You will contribute to curriculum, assess students, and bring current industry practices into classroom discussions.

The role requires a passion for education, strong communication, and mentoring skills, with at least two years of professional experience in relevant technology areas.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science/AI, Software Engineering, FinTech, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional industry experience in your area of technical expertise.
• Demonstrated passion for nurturing, mentoring and engaging youth and adult learners; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Module Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct classes, labs, and workshops in polytechnic learning methods to meet learning outcomes.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Administer and grade assessments, labs, quizzes, and project deliverables with constructive feedback.
• Curriculum & Instructional Support: Prepare and adapt classroom activities and learning resources reflecting real-world industry practices.
• Industry Currency: Bring current industry practices, emerging tools, and ethical perspectives into discussions.
