About Your Role

We are seeking someone who is capable of managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes liaising with clients, planning and organizing project deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. The successful candidate should also be an effective communicator among team members and stakeholders, providing solutions to any arising issues and maintaining the overall performance of the project.

What You Will Do
  • Organize and maintain the backend database, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date
  • Categorize data to streamline processes and improve data retrieval efficiency
  • Source for influencers suitable for the campaign based on campaign/proposal requirements
  • Negotiate with influencers and confirm them for the campaign
  • Create influencer contracts for each influencer
  • Brief influencers on content requirements and guidelines, ensuring that they submit content drafts which aligns with the campaign brief
  • Talk influencers through paid media access requests
  • Schedule influencers for content submission and posting
  • Ensuring influencers adhere to the timeline provided
  • Be the day to day contact for influencer inquiries, content edits etc
  • Collect and compile all analytics from influencers after postings has been done
  • Provide daily campaign updates to campaign leads
A Successful Candidate Should Have
  • At least 2 years of experience from either a fast-paced creative, digital or social media agency
  • Proven record of working with managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience with working with internal teams and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
