Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including warehouse managers, business analysts, and IT teams, to understand requirements and deliver tailored WMS solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support and ongoing maintenance of the Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) system.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving within the Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) environment.
- Work on WMS integrations with other systems (SAP, TMS, RFID, PLCs, Robotics Automation, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.
- Develop custom features, reports, and workflows within Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse technology and workflows.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and patches testing to ensure the stability and performance of Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump).
- Ensure best practices in WMS development, documentation, version control, and testing.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural standards.
- Participate in ongoing performance analysis and tuning of the Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and implementing Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) solutions.
- Strong experience with Advantage Architect, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and .NET.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Proven experience in WMS solution design, implementation, and support in complex environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and development frameworks.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and data flow within a WMS environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and system stability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Infios (Korber/HighJump) certification(s).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with voice‑picking, robotics/AMRs, conveyor systems, or other warehouse automation technologies.
- Knowledge of Java, .NET, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with cloud‑based WMS solutions.
- Certifications related to WMS, logistics, or supply chain management.
