Overview

Infant Care Teacher, you will look after infants from 2 to 18 months by creating a safe and conducive learning environment for infants.

Responsibilities

• Washing of milk bottles
• Preparation of milk and snacks for the little ones
• Comforting and putting the littles to sleep
• Pacifying the little ones when they cry
• Making sure they are safe and away from danger
• Changing of diapers
• Bathing and changing of clothes
• Feeding
• Keeping the environment safe and conducive for learning

Prerequisites / Qualifications

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
• ECDA Certified (Early Years) - EY1/EY2
• Displaying positive energy
• Clear Communication and Management Skills
