Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Infant Teacher (Work Near Home // EY1 / EY2). You will lead a classroom with play-based learning, promote inquiry, and implement school policies to support young children in a safe, nurturing environment.

Collaborating closely with fellow teachers and centre staff, you will identify learning objectives, differentiate activities, and build strong partnerships with parents to support each child’s development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have a certification or diploma/degree in early childhood care and education.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and guidelines.
• Identify specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment for the children.
• Use a variety of appropriate teaching methods to ensure high quality of inquiry, play-based learning for the children.
• Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes self-directed learning.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management, which will include safety and hygiene of the children and resources of the centre.
• Work closely with other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties.
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.
