Job summary

EtonHouse International Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Early Years educator to deliver infant care and language-focused activities in line with school policies. You will plan daily programming, document learning, and maintain safety and hygiene for infants.

You will promote Mandarin language opportunities and build strong relationships with parents while providing nurturing care to the youngest learners in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• ACEY or HCIC is required.
• First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and guidelines.
• Plan and carry out the daily programme, developmental and caregiving tasks as assigned.
• Create meaningful language opportunities for children where love for Mandarin can be promoted.
• Document children’s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels and children’s portfolios.
• Attend to the health, hygiene and safety needs of the infants.
• Create a safe environment and provide the best possible care to infants under their care.
• Build and maintain good rapport with parents.
