Job summary

ARTEMIS PRESCHOOL @ TAMPINES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Infant Educator to deliver quality care for infants aged 2 to 18 months, independently manage groups, implement curriculum plans and build strong family partnerships.

You will conduct systematic observations, maintain developmental portfolios, mentor junior staff, and ensure ECDA licensing and centre standards are met in a supportive, child‑centred environment. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities are offered.

• 1–2 years of infant care experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Infant Educator to deliver quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants aged 2 to 18 months. The successful candidate will independently manage assigned infant groups, implement curriculum plans and build strong family partnerships.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programmes for infants aged 2-18 months

Requirements

• HCIC or ACEY
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an infant care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of infant developmental milestones and responsive caregiving
• Effective communication skills with families and colleagues

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with developmental portfolio documentation systems
• Knowledge of child protection frameworks and ECDA regulations
• Ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues
