A community-focused organization in Singapore is seeking an Infant Educarer to build relationships with infants and toddlers. The role requires the candidate to implement developmental structures, create safe learning environments, and engage continuously with families to ensure a quality care experience. The ideal educator will have a qualification in infant care or early years, reflecting the organizational commitment to developmental growth in young children. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children in the community.
Age group of children: 2 months - 36 months old (depending on qualification)
The Infant Educarer / Educarer builds relationships with infants and toddlers and looks out for their developmental needs and milestones so as to be able to respond to their needs appropriately. He/She contributes to the creation of a secure environment for infants and toddlers through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships. He/She executes the required curricula and programmes, and creates a quality learning environment. To provide holistic care for infants and toddlers, the Infant Educarer / Educarer establishes relationships and partnerships with different stakeholders. He/She also engages in professional development and reflective practice, under the guidance of his/her leaders.
