What to Expect

Baby Care Duties Include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing diapers
• Feeding or assisting in feeding babies
• Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, and other relevant information
• Monitoring babies' growth progress
• Guiding parents in infection control and baby safety measures
• Ensuring baby safety
• Umbilical care
• Oral and eye care
• Assist in other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring mothers' recovery progress
• Guiding mothers in breastfeeding
• Guiding mothers in baby care techniques
• Assisting mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
• Assist in other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Care Scheme (Superior to MOH)

Work Schedule & Location

• Must be able to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Work location: Sentosa
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes night shift incentives)
• Each shift includes a 1.5-hour break

Qualifications

• Possess certification in nursing care, infant care, or other relevant courses would be advantageous
