Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Early Years educator to plan and deliver English language lessons while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Candidates must have relevant certifications in early childhood education and possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and parents. This role involves monitoring student progress and guiding assistants. A rotating shift of 7am to 7pm over 5 days is required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver English language composition writing and lessons.
  • Monitor students' learning progress.
  • Build rapport with parents, staff, and students.
  • Provide a safe environment for children.
  • Guide and motivate classroom helpers.
  • Follow assigned work shift patterns.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Description
  • Plan and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes
  • Monitoring learning progress of students
  • Building good rapport with parents, staff and students
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
  • Guide, motivate and monitor Assistant Teacher/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks
  • Follow assigned work shift patterns of the centre
