Job Description

1. Care & Nurturing

  • Demonstrate genuine love, patience, and care towards infants and toddlers.
  • Focus on promoting infants’ and toddlers’ physical, social, and emotional well‑being.
  • Ensure each child feels safe, secure, and valued in a warm and supportive environment.

2. Curriculum Delivery

  • Plan, implement, and engage infants in age‑appropriate learning and play activities.
  • Maintain a hygienic, secure, and stimulating environment that supports development and exploration.

3. Administration

  • Prepare lesson materials and teaching resources.
  • Track and document children’s developmental milestones and progress reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

4. Teamwork

  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance.
  • Collaborate actively with colleagues to support daily routines and centre goals.

5. Home–School Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong communication channels with parents.
  • Address parents’ concerns with professionalism and empathy.
