Job description

• Provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing e.g. layout, process/material flow.
• Lead a team in productivity & cost improvement
• Perform cost estimate study for potential products
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards.
• Work with product team to implement new ideas to optimize resources
• Develop and establishes work standards, routing.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
• Plan and set up manufacturing lines.
• Support new models start-up and engineering change orders
• Participate in cost and quality improvement.
• Provide supervision to work group.
• Tracks CAPEX spending on new manufacturing lines to be within allocated budget
• Drive LEAN methodologies during new manufacturing lines setup
• Utilize Value Stream Mapping

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Mechanical /Electronics/ Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in electronics manufacturing or within similar applications
