Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to industrial clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on orders.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, generating reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative processes.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of sales and administrative records.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with industrial products, sales processes, or manufacturing operations is a plus.
