Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on orders.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, generating reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Administrative Support
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales‑related documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative processes.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of sales and administrative records.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin language (writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
