HSR ENGINEERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to keep customer plant machinery and industrial systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform routine checks, fix breakdowns, and run tests to stop failures before they happen.

The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, downtime recovery, and strict safety practices including LOTO protocols, with a requirement to travel regionally and operate in a 5.5‑day week.

Qualifications

Education: Polytechnic Diploma or a technical certificate in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology.
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment.
Technical skills: Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Physical strength: Ability to stand for long hours, work in clean rooms, and climb ladders.
Working hours and travel: 5.5 days per week, travel regionally for work.

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Run scheduled checks, clean parts, and lubricate moving components on machinery.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic problems and replace broken parts.
Downtime Recovery: Respond fast to machine stoppages to get production lines working again.
Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
Record Keeping: Log all repairs, inspections, and parts used in the maintenance tracking system.
Issue Report: Provide report after job completed for customer acknowledgement.
