Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, specifically within Semiconductor back-end manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) and Sales and Operations Execution (SNOE) processes.
• Own the Local Capacity Requirement Planning (LCRP) systems and their integration across EWS.
• Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to support plant operations.
