Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of industrial construction and facility upgrade projects in Singapore.

You will oversee design review through construction and handover, ensure safety, budget, and quality, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or cleanroom projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or industrial sectors.
• Experience delivering projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contracts.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design review through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
• Lead construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement, contractors, and site operations.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
