Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Control Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial automation, process control, DCS, SIS, instrumentation or related control systems.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Fieldbus, HART, Modbus and OPC.
• Knowledge of IT/OT cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
• Experience in technical training, customer support, or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and onsite training on Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) for customers and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule training programs to ensure effective delivery and optimal use of resources.
• Develop new training programs and review existing materials, exercises, and learning resources.
• Maintain training facilities, equipment, course schedules, and related materials.
• Engage with customers to understand training requirements and recommend learning solutions.
• Prepare training proposals, quotations, and follow up on training inquiries.
• Support local and regional training programs and deployments as required.
• Collaborate with regional and global training centres on initiatives and standardization.
